BIO: Eddie Choi
Former NCAA, Ohio State Buckeyes #8, Eddie Choi has been teaching, coaching and instructing players since 1988. His experience, passion and proven hockey power skating systems have helped many rising stars to reach their personal goals and full potential.

Eddie’s positive and motivational attitude towards life, reflects in his teachings and in his interaction with everyone he meets.

100% or Nothing is his motto. Eddie believes that everyone has the ability to achieve more. Minimize energy and maximize power is what Eddie does best. Eddie guarantees proven results in a fun, oriented atmosphere.

• Captained Toronto Marlboros to five consecutive MTHL championships, Atom through Midget.
• Henry Carr Secondary High School, Metro Jr. ALeague All-Star
• Metro Jr. A Rookie of the Year
• Received full four year athletic scholarship to Ohio State University
• NCAA record holder, scored the fastest three goals ever by a freshman in his first intercollegiate game

Alex Richardson, Instructor

Instructor/Trainer Alex Richardson

Alex is a former junior hockey player and has played at all levels of minor hockey. He is a certified as a Can fit Personal Trainer and holds his CPR/Aid Training Certificate. Alex will be heading up the RCA Hockey off ice training program, as well as, many on ice and coaching duties.

RCA Hockey elite player training sessions, camps and showcase events are designed with an emphasis on assisting players to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence necessary to compete at the next level. For over a decade, RCA teams have participated in many of the most prestigious tournaments in Canada and the U.S.A., with impressive results.

Centre Ice Training Academy, Burlington, Ontario | Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 8:30am
Full Season: $6,500 | Drop-in: $75/session

Morning sessions led by veteran coaches Terry Richardson and Eddie Choi will focus on the three primary elements of elite hockey success.

Skills: Skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting

Knowledge: Position specific, situational game play strategies and execution techniques

Confidence: Positive re-enforcement of gains in skills and knowledge will be utilized to increase player confidence
